WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
ABOUT ECLOS, LLC
CBDTOX Hangover Remedy is a brand of Eclos, LLC (Eclos), a Louisiana R&D company focused on CBD-based products with universal application and potential. Wholesale Customers who purchase CBDTOX Hangover Remedy, will conduct business with Eclos. PRICING
Wholesale customers receive 50% off retail price
Wholesale orders are exempt from sales tax
Shipping costs are included in your wholesale order
Prices are subject to change without notice
MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order of one (1) Master Pack which is inclusive of two (2) Retail Display Cartons, each containing twenty (30) Retail Units; 1 Retail Unit includes 2 capsules making 1 dose.
Please double check shipping address as your items will be sent to the address on your customer account unless otherwise notified.
All wholesale sales are final.
PAYMENT, TERMS & DISCOUNTS
We accept all major credit cards and checks
Extended Terms of Net 30 and Net 60 are available to creditworthy wholesale customers. Net 30 for customers who order more than six (6) Master Pack’s and/or who average six (6) Master Pack’s monthly. Net 60 for customers who order more than fifteen (15) Master Pack’s and/or who average fifteen (15) Master Pack’s monthly.
Eclos, LLC will grant wholesale customers with Extended Terms a Prompt Payment Discount of 2/10 Net 30 and 3/30 Net 60. As such, provided the payment is made on or before a specific number of days from the invoice date, eligible customers will receive a discount representing a percentage figure of the total amount represented on the invoice as follows:
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
For the exception of damaged product and/or product displays, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our wholesale purchases. All sales are final.
In the event of an order received that is damaged, please document the damage to the best of your ability and contact us within five (5) business days after receipt. CBDTOX Hangover Remedy Customer Support can be reached by email at orders@getcbdtox.com or by phone at 844.4.CBDTOX. Upon confirmation of damaged shipments, we will ship replacements by our standard shipping method.
SHIPPING
As a standard, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (with signature confirmation and insurance). Typically, shipments made within the continental United States, are delivered within five (5) to seven (7) business days of order confirmation.
RETAIL SELLING
Our wholesale pricing is 50% off our retail prices.
You may set your retail price in accordance with your local market and whatever factors work for your business.
Eclos, LLC reserves the right to sell CBDTOX Hangover Remedy directly to consumers through our website, www.getCBDTOX.com. We do not guarantee that CBDTOX will always be priced at the published MSRP on our website. We reserve the right to have sales, promotions, and price changes on CBDTOX sold retail through our website at any time and for any reason at our discretion.
By purchasing our items wholesale, you agree to only sell our products on the website or physical location approved in your Wholesale Application. We do not allow selling on any other platforms (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Facebook, etc.).
You may use approved promotional materials, including the CBDTOX Hangover Remedy logo and product photos in your promotional materials. We ask that any photos used on social media mention our brand and tag our account.
WHOLESALE CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
All Wholesale Customers must first register with Eclos, LLC by way of our website, getCBDTOX.com
Eclos, LLC reserves the right to conduct necessary due diligence that confirms applicants’ creditworthiness including, but not limited to - running credit reports, review of accounts receivable aging reports and reference checks. Eclos reserves the right to extend or deny credit as it sees fit. Accordingly, Eclos reserves the right to deny or grant approval of wholesale customer status for any applicant for any reason.
